Yossi Aldar, CEO
An entrepreneur and senior manager in the medical devices industry. Yossi Aldar was previously the Managing Director of Versamed, a US-Israeli company (acquired by GE Healthcare) and Founder & CEO of Flight Medical (FLGM, Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange), a global manufacturer of advanced portable self-contained ventilators. Mr. Aldar has held various positions in Oridion Medical (ORIDN, Swiss Stock Exchange) and served in the Bio-Medical Engineering Branch, Surgeon General HQ, Israel Defense Forces. Mr. Aldar holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Biomedical Engineering, a Certificate in Senior Business Management, from Tel Aviv University, and he is a graduate of Merage Foundation Executive Leadership Program, from University of California, Irvine.
Keren Fradkin, PhD, VP R&D
Dr. Fradkin has 15 years of experience in executive R&D positions and development of multidisciplinary systems in the medical device, communications and semiconductors industries. Among these companies are MediVision Medical Imaging Ltd., Mirage Innovations Ltd., Negevtech Ltd. and ZettaLight Inc., of which she was a Co-Founder. She served as an officer in the elite technology unit of the Intelligence Corps, IDF. Dr. Fradkin holds a BSc in Physics and a PhD in Physical Electronics (Summa cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University. |

Ian Solomon, VP Business Development
Ian Solomon is a successful serial entrepreneur who has led the commercialization of several innovations in the drug-packaging and biotech fields, leading to licensing arrangements and three “exits”. Since 2003 he has concentrated on start-up ventures in the drug-delivery and dispensing field, and specialized in IP strategy in this field.
Gidi Kahana, VP Technology, Electrochemistry
Co-founder of SteadyMed Ltd. and an experienced manager, Gidi Kahana has a background in chemistry, electrochemistry and life sciences. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Novobiotec Ltd., a drug-delivery company specializing in delivering live probiotic bacteria, prior to its sale to a public US corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Kahana spent 12 years as Managing Director of Satec Ecochem Ltd., a company specializing in electrochemistry and chemical production.
Yehuda Bachar, CTO – Engineering
An experienced project manager and R&D engineer, Yehuda Bachar was the Founder of Ymedical, a medical devices engineering company. He has served as a Project Manager at several medical devices companies and is the head of the Biomedical Engineering forum at Tel Aviv University.
Alexander Rodkin, PhD, Senior Researcher
Dr. Rodkin has 18 years R&D experience as a Senior Researcher in Electrochemistry. In his last position he was Head of the Electrode laboratory at More Energy, Ltd. previously he was a Senior Researcher in the Electrochemistry group at Bar-Ilan University. Dr. Rodkin holds a PhD in Chemistry from the Institute of Physical Chemistry, Moscow.
